Nice

Although it is not a 4- or 5-star hotel, it still provides an excellent, clean place, perfect maintenance, and friendly customer service, with breakfast included. I will go there again! It has perfect access to the beach, restaurants, and Daytona's best attractions.

The hotel does not support the Florida Open Carry Law, upon arrival the staff stated that it was not allowed on the property. The power had an outage at night and the water heater was not working the next morning. Had to take a cold shower. The hotel offered no compensation. The room also had roaches crawling up the wall. Will not be staying here again.

Reservation was for 4 and we only had 2 towels. We had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. Room had a bad smell. The lamps had a quarter inch of dust that was stuck on it. The first night the power went out for about 45 minutes and no one could tell us anything. The next morning there was no hot water. We all had to take cold showers. I paid over 500.00 for two night and I got ripped off. Nothing like what the pictures online looked like. At breakfast the first morning we had a lady literally over us staring us down the whole time. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Don’t waste your money.

Fabulous room and balcony overlooking the ocean. Weather wasn't great and the normally big beach had disappeared due to a weather phenomenon that was happening but the noise from the ocean was amazing! Can't fault anything here apart from other people allowing their doors to bang shut! Will visit here again as rooms were very spacious and welcoming.

Clean rooms with a nice beach view! Kuerig coffee machine in room was a nice touch. (We were able to bring our own favorite coffee k-cups!) A/C worked great, and was quiet and ice- cold when desired. On our last day the elevators were out of order. But, this happens sometimes... My wife overheard the desk attendant frantically trying to get someone out to repair them. Overall, we had a great stay on the beach!
