The room was extremely clean, there was no staff because it's technically like a studio apartment. Which me and my husband absolutely loved. Our hotel/studio apartment was a side view of the beach and the ocean which was absolutely amazing to watch while sitting and watching TV at night. I have read the negative reviews and cannot understand why it's so negative because this place is absolutely a hidden gem. We cannot rave enough about this place and how amazing it was. Now to be fair the room did not have ac, but it did have multiple fans which kept us cool for the 3 days and two nights that we stayed there.

The room itself was adequate. The kitchenette was very convenient and adequate for our needs. The bed matresses were old, and worn out and Not Comfortable. Some surfaces were updated, but others not. For instance the bathroom vanity was updated, possibly even the tile in the bathroom, but the tub and tub faucets were so old and leaked! And I already mentioned the old matresses. The ceiling above the air conditioner was black with dirt, gross!!! During our stay there was construction going on in the rooms next to us and the construction people had their tools and equipment blocking the walkway to the elevator. Also trying to take a siesta was out of the question bc it was noisy in the afternoon, with hammering and drilling. Everything I complained about is documented in photos. My suggestion is to spend a little more $ to stay somewhere nicer if you can!

We stayed in 428, mind you all rooms are individually owned so I don't know who the other rooms are. Our room was nice but the AC for the ENTIRE hotel was not really working so it stayed at a humid 80+ the whole time. Other units had portable AC units and dehumidifiers to help with the heat ours did not there was a box fan as well as the ceiling fan. We were willing to deal with it because it is an ideal location. Day 2 we used the microwave while I was blow drying my hair and a breaker blew causing the bathroom, kitchen and part of the bedroom to go dark. Maintainece CAN NOT DO ANYTHING IN THE ROOM without a work order and the OK from the owner of the unit. Our property owner was non responsive the whole stay I had to contact the property management company and finally after 4.5 hrs they fixed the breaker. I feel we should have been aware of the AC issues before arriving we would have stayed elsewhere. Also don't leave your car without the parking pass they will tow your car. Overall I would give this place a 3. The only good things are location and the pool.

The room was great, but we had find a place to park our van with trailer which was 2 blocks away and another $80.00 to our stay. If we new about thin advance we would have been able to make arrangements. I use my trailer to carry my wheelchairs and to have it stolen wouldn't have worked for me.

Once we arrived, we were notified of the construction to most of the Daytona Studios. Our specific unit was clean and nice, but the rest of the area seemed closed and unavailable for any use.

The room itself was nice and very clean. Great ocean view right on the beach. The thermostat on the wall was just for show. It was SO hot in our room that we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. The property is in a great location for walking around town. My biggest complaint was the lack of front desk/staff. You had to call a number and they would text you back to help you if you had any questions or needed anything. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The building is set up to run all units on either heat or cold. We needed A/C because the days weren’t consistently cold. They couldn’t offer A/C our room was a steady 85. We ended our trip two days early because of this. The communication was very good and they did refund our two days.

Worst place ever!

I wanted to stay there for the pool. The pool and most of the building was under construction. This construction was very noisy. There was no check in area. Therefore very tough to get any help. TV at first didn’t work. Then the remote.

The room was clean, but appeared to be a subpar remodel. There was no access to the pool despite being told all amenities were available. At least half of the resort is under construction and a large portion of the parking lot is blocked off. To get to the beach you have to walk all the way around which is inconvenient.

Giving low stars we rented a room that came with a parking spot and a pass but, because we rode our motorcycle we had to park out by the road. Not excited about it!!! Night security officer was rude and condescending! I paid a resort fee… for…? No ice machine no vending machine. The room itself was amazing loved it the view spectacular. Battery dead in fan/light remote so it was stuck on high so we had to use the switch and it was light on fan on high or completely off.

Dont do it!

Booked a room for a single night for Bike week. Host contacted me the day prior due to plumbing issues. They offered another place about 10 minutes away but that wasnt going tonwork for me. Host said they would cancel my booking and issue a refund. 3 weeks later they refuse to answer calls, texts and emails. Filing an insurance claim today so I can get my $300 back for a room i didnt even stay in.
