Marine Terrace is undergoing an exterior concrete restoration project that includes resurfacing and repairing unit balcony decks, as well as improvements to the entryway and arrival area of the resort. During this time, some units will have temporary plywood partitions that block ocean views and restrict balcony access from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Construction work takes place Monday through Friday, 8 AM-4 PM, with an anticipated completion date of March 30, 2027.
