Very unprofessional when I reached out to him about the A/C that stopped working during our stay. Was accused of leaving the door open for a extended period of time. I will not recommend this property to anyone for rental.

Terrible place to stay

The place was not cleaned when we arrived and it also smelled strong of weed the whole time we were there. I constantly messaged the property host about the issues and all he did was make excuses. He claimed it was lingering smells.Then he said that there was a halfway house next door that the smell was probably coming from. He also said he was gonna send the cleaning person back that never showed up. He also told Vrbo he was going to give us some sort of refund that he is now refusing because he said we had a pet that they had to clean behind that is house trained and there was nothing the pet did that had to be cleaned so he is lying about that. Vrbo said you got to notify them of a pet but it did not ask me about a pet and also the post said it was pet friendly and pets are welcome. I wouldn’t stay at this place again or any other place Kevin has anything to do with because he will not keep his word or do anything about any issues you have. I have also added photos that were sent to Vrbo and Kevin when we arrived. Stuff left in the freezer, trash in the trash can, dirty clothes on the deck, couldn’t watch tv cause white lines were constantly running through it and toilet paper holder falling off the wall.
