Bright Updated Vacation Feel at 502 Shores Club Oceanfront

This Shores Club Condominium has been newly renovated in the summer of 2010 and is located on the beautiful, no-drive part of the beach, it is convenient to restaurants, shopping and all that Daytona Beach has to offer. The building has just undergone a 2 year complete renovation. This is one of the prettiest beaches in the state!

This incredibly spacious condo enjoys a fantastic view, with ocean and beach views from every room. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. Located on the 5th floor of the building, it enjoys beautiful natural light and ocean breezes. All the amenities of home can be found here, including 47 inch flat screen tv in the living room, and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. The master has a king bed and there are two full-size beds in the second bedroom. The unit has two full bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking and the unit has its own full size washer and dryer. Free internet is also provided by the building. You can choose to spend the day on the beach, at the pool, or doing nothing but watching the dolphins from your own private balcony. You can walk to the Sunglow Pier to fish or enjoy a nice meal at Crabby Joes while you watch the surfers ride the waves.

It's only a 10 minute drive to "downtown" Daytona Beach, where you'll find the new OceanWalk area with movie theatres, miniature golf, restaurants and concerts in the Bandshell. You'll find quiet Ponce Inlet only 4 miles south, with its numerous restaurants on the water, famous for great food and music, boating and fishing. Cross over the bridges to the mainland, and enjoy a day at the Daytona Speedway or the many malls. Just drive 1 1/2 hours to Orlando for Disney, SeaWorld and all its attractions.

Want a little exercise? The Shores Club has a full tennis court, shuffle board, basketball court and exercise room with updated equipment for your use. The beach is ideal for runners due to the packed sand and a great place for some biking. Feeling adventurous? Try climbing to the top of historic Ponce Inlet lighthouse or charter a fishing boat.

This place is great! Has some amazing views! The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Very close to anything you need. There was still some ongoing construction but that was communicated clearly prior to arrival. No negative comments from us!

A beautiful condo

The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Has a beautiful view of the ocean. Had a little problem with the shades. One set had already fallen off and another set was hard to operate. The manager was very nice to reset the tv in the master bedroom.. still a lovely unit, very comfortable.

Exceptionnal view !

We spent 10 days at this condo and we did not regret it ! It was cozy for a family of 4. Great view on the sea ! The bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and dinning were comfortable and very clean. The kitchen would need a little upgrade but everything was there and very clean. We had access to the laundry room including few beach chairs, a sun ombrella and few beach accessories like coolers, balls ... The check-in process was quite simple and easy as well as the check-out. Would recommend to anybody !

Great Stay!

If you're not staying at Daytona Beach Shores, you're missing out! This is our 3rd stay here and as usual, it did not disappoint. My 2 children love it here and it truly feels like home away from home. This particular unit we have stayed twice and so far the best accommodation. The view of the ocean is the best! We can't wait to come back next year!

Overall i have to say, we enjoyed the local area. We had a small problem upon entering the unit, however after finding the area of a foul smell, and getting rid of it, we found the unit was fine. We loved the view from both the rear balcony and the front walkway. would love to stay at this condo in the following years.

Condo had everything we needed. Lots of glass at the back of the unit for an awesome view of the ocean from living area and the primary suite. We were very happy that the last hurricane didn’t close the pool or the beach access.

Property looks like the photos. Wrap around windows are amazing. If I could share anything with the owners it would be to check with your cleaning folks. Layer of dust on everything. Floors were in need of sweeping and dirt under and behind the furniture. Especially the master bedroom. If I hadn't dropped an earring, I wouldn't have seen under the bed, but behind the bed is visible. New linens would be welcome as well. The upstairs tenant banged, hammered and pounded from 7 am until 9pm the last 4 days of our stay. Overall, the unit was pleasing. Just in need of a few upgrades and a good cleaning.

Best Location

My husband and two small children have stayed at Daytona Beach Shores Club for 3 years and it never disappoints. The view is amazing, it's quiet, and clean. You will also appreciate the no drive beach a lot as it gets pretty packed towards the drive portion. We choose somewhere different due to the prior condo in the building being booked. This unit did not let us down. It was fully stocked and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed being on a higher floor too and not so close to the pool area. The communication was amazing the entire time. You really didn't need to bring chairs umbrellas, etc. I really appreciated the condiments that were there especially with small children and eating inside. We are booking again but staying longer than just 7 days.
