3 Bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. Unit is completely furnished including washer / dryer, complete kitchen, linens & towels. Free Wifi, plus cable TV in all the bedrooms and living room. Private parking for one car. Heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Master BR has King Bed, 2nd Bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has two double beds. Balcony has incredible ocean view, and south facing exposure helps avoid heat. New Carpet throughout.

The condo was updated, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay to enjoy another day. Parking second vehicle on upper deck was tbe only issue we had. Several vehicles parked on upper deck without permit.

Great property...would be superb with two small changes!

This place was better than the pictures and as described! They have a well-stocked kitchen and the place is huge. The two changes would be to have a shower curtain on the master bath shower and a new mattress in the master bedroom. You can literally see the grooves where the mattress is sinking in from previous use. They added a padded mattress pad cover to it but the fitted sheet doesn't stay on the mattress in the middle of the night so it pops off all night. Some wonderful benefits was everything they have for you for the beach from beach chairs to sand toys to coolers and ice packs. You only need to buy the food and drinks to put in your cooler to head to the beach. And for now, the beach is your water because unfortunately, due to past hurricanes, the pool is destroyed....but that is true of many places up and down the beach. Driving down beach you can see all the damage and repairs from the past two hurricanes. But the pool is not necessary because the beach is right there. We would stay there again if the mattresses were replaced.

The property was beautiful. It was easy from beginning to end. We had no issues at all. The house had everything you could need. The view was beautiful. Everybody in the building was very friendly and everything was clean from top to bottom! We would definitely stay again!

This condo is just beautiful with everything you need. We had a lot of space to do everything. Right on the beach - although unusually cold weather while we were there so we didn't go to the beach.

Perfect/chaotic, but smooth

Our vacation was planned around our beach wedding. The wedding was perfect. Working with ken and communication was beyond we could imagine. We stayed during Hurricane Ian, hints the chaotic. Ken and building staff kept us informed and stayed in contact at all times. I had zero worries and even though we lost power for almost 24 hours we would do it all over again. Literally best vacation ever and we will be returning!!

The property overall was awesome!! We’ve stayed in condos in the past but this one by far was way more roomier and nice!!! Lisa (the one I communicated with) was awesome! If I’m not Mistaken she is the cleaning lady but she was super helpful.
