This condominium just received all-new furniture at the very end of 2024. This condo boasts bright, garden views from nearly every beautifully decorated room. This condo is an ocean view, side unit on the first floor but with some of the machines out on the beach repairing seawalls, it's blocked but you can still view the ocean from the balcony, slightly. In the meantime, we are categorizing this condo as a garden view in order to give our guests the most honest expectations. This elegant Opus condominium contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a garden view balcony, and over-sized windows and glass doors throughout.

The primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular ocean and river views. With a large walk-in closet, over-sized walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The primary bathroom is also accessible! The vanity is open under one of the sinks to allow those in mobility devices to access the vanity.
The shower also has been modified to be truly roll-in with no ledge. The garden tub has been replaced with one with a built-in seat as well.

The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains a king bed. The third bedroom has two full beds with a full bathroom between the two guest bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean. Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The brand-new sectional includes a reclining feature.
This condominium even includes a full, private laundry room! Step onto your private, balcony and enjoy the endless sunshine on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

Had a great time, property was what I expected. The only issue was showers were hard to figure out how to get hot water , they had to be in the middle and ice maker and water from fridge tastes nasty like fish . We bought bottle water and ice .other tenants/visitors, on 5th floor peed out of the windiw and almost hit us down below, then anthother one on 5th or sixth floor had fishing hooks hanging down. Onto our patio.

Loved pretty much everything about this property- the size, the location, the fact that it was on the bottom floor with easy access to the beach. Furnishings were nice and clean, extra blankets were sooo appreciated as we like to lounge around after being at the beach all day and the AC and ceiling fans made us cold! There were plenty of towels AND beach towels for us all and I only had to wash them once in our week long stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 6 and we will definitely be back!

Had a great time. Probably a issue on my part but me and 3 other adults completly missed where the parking garage entrance was and i didnt feel like it was clear that the parking paa pickup was oit a different location a couple miles down the road. Other than those hiccups at the beginning it was great. Kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything equipment wise that you would need. . was great

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful with an amazing amount of space. 3 bedroom 2 bath with a great patio and very functional kitchen with all the utinsils and pots pans. The location was as stated with very short walk around the building to get to the beach. We personally loved the use of the parking garage because it kept the car out of the weather and secured.

Amazing place

The size of the condo was great while visiting for the rockville music festival.. all of the beds are a bit dated and the shower heads in the master bathroom could use some work but overall everything was wonderful. Having a full kitchen with plenty of kitchenware! Its directly on the beach and i was able to walk to restaurants and stores. Hopefully the pool will be open again soon!
