The Space:

Avventura Chalet gives families and friends something especially valuable near Mt. Baker: five private bedrooms, room for 10, and three levels of living space so everyone can stay together without feeling crowded.



Set inside Snowline, a peaceful gated mountain community in Glacier, the chalet is approximately 25-30 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area and makes an easy home base for ski weekends, winter getaways, hiking trips, and year-round North Cascades adventures.



The main floor is the heart of the home. Gather around the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain, settle in for dinner, or cook together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and direct access to the deck.



Outside, the private 6-person hot tub is ready for après ski soaks beneath the trees. The deck also includes a BBQ and gas fire table, giving your group another place to spend time together when the weather cooperates.



Downstairs, two queen bedrooms share the level with a separate rec room and movie lounge featuring a Smart TV and board games. It is an especially useful setup for families and multi generational groups, giving kids, teens, movie watchers, or night owls their own place to relax while the main living room stays available upstairs.



The upper floor includes another queen bedroom, one bedroom with a full/double bed, and the home's second full bathroom.

Snowline borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and offers a peaceful forest setting with walking paths, playground and open field, tennis courts, clubhouse, and nearby river access areas. The community's outdoor pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is not available during fall and winter.



In winter, Mt. Baker skiing and snowboarding are approximately 25–30 minutes away. Come home from the mountain, leave the gear for the day, sink into the hot tub, light the fireplace, and settle in for dinner and a movie with your group.



Good to Know



Parking is limited to three vehicles in the driveway, and Snowline does not permit road parking. The driveway is sloped, and AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter when snow and ice are possible.



Cell service can be limited in the Glacier area. The home has high speed fiber internet, although mountain weather can occasionally affect power or communications.



For larger grocery trips, we recommend stocking up in Bellingham before heading toward the mountains. Smaller markets and restaurants are available along Mt. Baker Highway.



Avventura Chalet is a comfortable, spacious base for sharing the best of Mt. Baker together, from powder days and hot tub nights to summer trails and quiet weekends beneath the evergreens.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole home. Community swimming pool now open to guests mid week from May-September. Inquire for specific dates and details.

Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25–30 minutes away, making this an easy home base for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and year-round mountain adventures.



Within Snowline, guests can enjoy walking paths, a playground and open field, tennis courts, clubhouse, and nearby river access areas. The community’s outdoor pool is a seasonal summer amenity and is closed during fall and winter.



Glacier’s local restaurants and small markets are just a short drive away along Mt. Baker Highway. For larger grocery runs, we recommend stopping in Bellingham before heading up the mountain.

Snowline is surrounded by forest and wildlife. Please keep food and garbage secured and doors closed so the local wildlife stays where it belongs: outside.
