Perfect chalet accommodations tucked into the most wonderful towering trees!

The chalet is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Mt. Baker Rim development; 18 miles from Mt. Baker Ski Resort and adjacent to hiking trails/National Forest.

The property boasts 4 outdoor spaces including wraparound deck, master suite balcony, 7 person jacuzzi spa, firepit, outdoor dining table, large barbeque, and propane fire circle!

Upon entering the cabin you will immediately start your vacation as the great room effect is in full force with floor to ceiling windows, 30 ft vaulted ceiling, and a natural pine/log interior. The main living area is furnished with sofa, easy chair, gas insert stove, dinning table for 8, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and plenty of storage for all your gear in the custom cabinetry under the stairs.

As you walk down the hall past the kitchen there is a full bath with tub/shower combo and stacked washer/dryer. Cozy but the sink/laundry can be closed off from the toilet/shower with a convenient pocket door.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Both rooms have large windows for light/ventilation, fans, space heaters, and electric wall heaters. A smaller room to the right contains a queen size bed and one window. The large room on the left contains two large windows and a king bed.

As you go up the log staircase you arrive at the loft area furnished with a fold-out sofa bed and 42" Samsung smart TV /soundbar/surround/subwoofer.

The master suite adjoins the loft via a large double-bypass pocket door which allows for an entirely separate private suite or wide open feel for maximum light/open space. The master suite boasts a king bed, perfectly placed skylights with automatic open/close window coverings, en suite bath with tile shower, and private balcony out the back to enjoy the morning sun.

We have outfitted the cabin with everything we use to relax, enjoy the cabin, and sample the local outdoors. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, addl space heater, and whitenoise machine. We have e 2 king size mattress toppers if you prefer a softer sleeping surface and a heated mattress pad if the Canada cold arrives. In the shed you will find available for your use: 2 pairs snowshoes, plenty of firewood, addl ice melt salt, green egg smoker/BBQ, shovels/brooms, 30 amp emergency generator, 2 heavy exstention cords, 2 sleds, additional folding camp chairs and a10 x 10 rain tarp/frame.

***PLEASE NOTE: THE CLUBHOUSE, POOL, TENNIS COURTS, AND PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO TENNANTS FOR USE.***

Amazing Cabin

I have stayed at many Cabins in Washington and this one is a gem. Amazing log cabin with all the amenities you would need. Perfect distance from Glacier and Mt Baker. Would highly recommend.

Great trip, will definitely return!

We loved the cabin and the area! There wasn’t as much snow for skiing as we hoped for, but that was easily made up for with the cozy digs and hot tub. All of the spaces were thoughtfully arranged and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking, including a full spice rack.

Great place for a ski weekend

Cabin was clean and had plenty of upgrades- great hot tub, nice stocked kitchen to cook in, a sound system and a cozy stove for fires after skiing. Close to the mountain, surrounded by beautiful trees and the host is very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The cutest cabin

Had such a wonderful time staying at Bruce’s cabin. The space was perfect for the 7 of us and was stocked with everything we needed. The cabin is an easy 30 min drive to Baker for those who ski. The hot tub was perfect too! Definitely recommend.

Long weekend at Mt Baker

Very comfortable and clean cabin with adequate space for 6 people. Hot tub was clean and worked well. The gated community is a bit tricky to get into, but the instructions and communication were very adequate. I would definitely stay again! Oh, and nice mattresses too!

Cozy Family Retreat

My husband and I brought our 3 boys (adult and older teens) for a weekend ski trip. The house was super welcoming and cozy and nicely stocked. It was snowing quite a bit, and we were really happy to stay put and watch the snow fall. Would highly recommend, and would love to come back!

Super cozy

The cabin had everything for a perfect getaway to Mt Baker for a ski trip. The mattresses were so comfy!!! It did rain but we still had a fire and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans to make meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Property was lovely and as expected, in comparison to the online listing. Was furnished with anything we would hope for in a rental (and more). Very nice location-relevant features like gear drying racks, sleds, snowshoes, etc. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The very generously sized hot tub, grill and fireplace were wonderful after full days skiing. Bruce was very responsive in our communications. Would absolutely recommend to others or rent again.
