Enjoy the privacy of an urban acreage, which is conveniently located 4 miles from downtown Des Moines. House has large deck and an excellent bbq zone. The massive Catalpa, Oak, and Maple trees give plenty of shade for hanging outside. Excellent setup if you are traveling with a pet. Has a fire pit area that is great when the conditions are appropriate. Older house that is clean, peaceful, private, and comfortable.
