Although the hallway had cigarette smell and the room had a leaky ceiling in the restroom, the room and common areas were clean. Good breakfast options.
Condition of the room was disgusting. There was safety deposit box in the room no proper security on property and there was bedbugs. I was bitten all over my arm. I had to change to another hotel due to the noise, pollution and nightly traffic all nights from people loud noise and music and smoking of controlled substance.
We showed up extremely early for check-in and they were willing to take our bags until it was check-in time. When we checked in, they were very sweet and informed us about the complimentary shuttle service, which was a great perk. The room itself and the property definitely show their age, but the room was clean enough, and there was plenty of shampoo, etc. the one thing that could be better in the rooms is the pillows. Worst pillows Iâve ever used in a hotel. For what we needed, it was great, close to downtown, and Rich and the shuttle team killed it with the driving us around (within the 3 mile radius). Thank you all!
Property is undergoing some renovation so carpeting in some areas is dirty. âFirst floor â is actually a few steps down and feels like a bunker with low ceiling. Rooms have no windows and feel stuffy, ours had a strong odor.
Front desk didnât give my license back at check-in. They didnât call or let me know that they had it. I didnât realize it until I checked in at our next hotel so I had to drive back to pick it up. Very inconvenient.
Breakfast area is very small compared to the number of rooms so some guests didnât have a place to sit.
The parking lot is really small to being with, then you add the shipping containers that are scattered around and it limits the limited space even more. We watched serval cars do 9 point turns in order to try to fit into a space without causing damage. The next day when leaving, cars were completely blocking the hotel parking lot. When we went in to ask the front desk if they could page the cars to move we were told it was staff and they were in parking spots. We attempted to let the staff know we couldnât acesss their parking lot because of the way the cars were NOT parked in parking spots and they refused to help. We couldnât check out fast enough. Rich and Ken are the best thing about this place.
Stayed here for a concert. Didnât go in with high expectations after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness. The shuttle was a huge bonus.
Facilities are a little rundown and in poor condition. There were ants in my room and the toilet had not been cleaned when I arrived. Inside of the coffee maker was also dirty and had been neglected for a while.
This hotel needs help. Not sure even where to begin. There were piles of construction items piled outside our door to get in our room. The hall way was incredibly hot, and the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The next morning went to get coffee in the lobby and there were fruit flies flying everywhere and all of the counters were sticky and not maintained. There werenât any coffee cups so I asked for one and the person behind the desk just looked at me. Not sure if they didnât understand what I was asking so after a few minutes of waiting I just walked out. They shouldnât be charging almost $300 a night for these rooms! Maybe like $70 a night! Only stay here if you canât afford anywhere else.
This property was convienent to the proximity of downtown. Free shuttle service ran until midnight. Room only one window that faced the hallway. No privacy unless the curtain was closed so there was no natural light. Bad smell from ac unit but only when it was running.
