This property is located in Hazel Park, a clean & safe city. It is conveniently located near the 696 expressway, allowing quick access by vehicle anywhere in Metro Detroit. Within 15 minutes you can get to Downtown Detroit to enjoy a Red Wings game or 15 min to Royal Oak to visit the Detroit Zoo or 15 min to Lake St. Clair, enjoy one of Michigan's Great Lakes, and plenty of other landmarks nearby.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking spots for two vehicles on the driveway and additional parking in the street, in front of the house. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★
Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest before check-in. This is standard practice for all bookings. We retain the right to refuse access to the property until your ID is collected and verified

★SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME★
This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
