I have a few pictures of the spots that was dirty like the toilet behind the bed was a lot of trash. The pool was dirty and the hot tub had five children that was under the age of 12 with two adults. I slipped and fell in the bath tub and bruised my side up pretty good. All they offered was to call an ambulance. I would have gone in then but how was I getting back to the hotel. I was told by corporate yesterday they should have offered to bring me back because it’s their responsibility. Noisy as can be because of the children being super loud in the room next to mine and sounded like they was jumping off the bed and just super loud about 10pm at night. I would never stay there again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!

Children running and screaming till 1130 at night. When we try to leave our room, children running into us. Never saying excuse me coming back. The other way bumping into us again. Never say excuse me and then a third time. Enough wasn't enough. And the property management, did nothing? Except for to say they were sorry, but there's nothing they can do about it. I bet when one of them children get hurt by not being supervised and they get sued. They'll figure out what they can do about it, won't they? All they had to offer was a discount. Or something showing that there was some kind of responsibility failing on their part, even consider discounting it. Offering me a cheaper stay next time. I come, to lure me back, but nothing they did not care.

Cool hotel

Cool hotel. Lots of kids. Slow elevator but they said they were replacing soon. Breakfast good but too many people for us to enjoy it.

This property may be better suited for families with children or teenagers, as the environment was heavily oriented toward a younger crowd. During our stay, there were numerous unsupervised children running throughout the hotel, which affected the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to safety concerns related to excessive activity, which prevented us from enjoying that amenity. While the room itself was comfortable and met expectations, the high noise levels throughout the property detracted from the overall experience and came as an unexpected inconvenience.

Way to many people. Couldn't use pool or hot tub . Hot tub had 21 ppl in it . Woah. And the room had duct tape on the carpet holding it together . Property has such potential.

Staff yelled at me when I asked why I was being charged 726.00 for deposit for 3 nights. To which I didn't receive 164.00 back they kept for no reason. Their manager never reached out to us even though I emailed them on a friday morning. Our lastnight there, there were multiple people running up and down the hall and when I called the front desk. All that did was lead to people in the hotel calling our phones all times of the night cussing my children under 15 out and my father as well. The elevators took about 30 minutes or more each time we tried to use them. They said they were going to be going under construction and be reopened in September 2025. I wish them luck with that.
