Great place to stay

It was a really nice hotel! They had a nice like store in front to buy snacks and they are conveniently located for late night fast food runs. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows! There was a 100$ saftey deposit (which is probably normal but i wasnt expecting it so oops)

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. The front desk staff appeared to be uninformed about any situation and there was no manager available to provide assistance. Hadn't been there for almost 2 days. I would not consider staying at this property again...The front desk personnel exhibited unprofessional behavior and displayed a disrespectful attitude during phone conversations; subsequently, she attempted to shift the blame onto someone else when interacting in person. Just horrible experience when already experiencing a hardship due to flooding in my home.

It was nice, my room was across from the ice machine it was loud and we were next to the door which people would go out of all hours of the night and morning did not get a good nights sleep. I was only supposed to be charged 172.00$ and they charged me 242$ not sure whats up with that

Very clean and a nice place to stay. The only poor spot was Breakfast. Very understaffed, only one person to prepare food fill empty fridge bagels etc. Most everything cleaned out by 9 am. Need to fix, many unhappy people.
