The check in was excellent, staff was very professional and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean as well. Breakfast was good as well, well presented, topped up and tables kept clean after people left. The only issue we had was, I called the front desk multiple times Saturday evening because we had run out of body wash soap, I even used an external number to call and finally somebody picked up my phone and then placed me on hold. I then used my room phone to call the front desk and after multiple calls somebody finally picked. The service was not good at all, I explained that we needed body wash soap and I had to come out of the bathroom wet to make this call. The lady did not even offer to bring it up. When we finally went down to the front desk, we found that she was just sitting there not busy at all. So we were wondering why she wasn’t picking up the multiple phone calls that we had made earlier.

This is a nice place. Good all around. Rooms were clean and fresh. Really nothing to complain about, including friendly staff. One specific thing that always gets my attention is whether the breakfast offers fresh, hot oatmeal. Theirs was just right. The rest of the breakfast seemed good too.
