Largely excellent. All staff wonderful, friendly, massively helpful! Small quibbles--toilet paper holder almost useless and no way a small child could use it. Grab bar at toilet is, I think, not correct positioned/angled so not helpful. Should be a lamp available each side of bed.

Location and parking were convenient. Room was spacious but had some issues. Stayed for 4 nights: mattress was bad so we dreaded going to bed by the 3rd night; TV volume stopped working (but got fixed); room was freezing on night two but after a maintenance request the unit was serviced but then the room was a sweat box on the last night, as the t-stat did nothing to help.

The photos of the lobby look lovely, but don't reflect the experience of staying here. This hotel was fine, but not exceptional. If you imagine a Hyatt Place hotel that's about what to expect. The rooms and hallways are clean but standard. The beds were adequate but the linens were thin and more bedding would have been welcome. The toiletries were all of a decidedly masculine oak scent which was a curious choice. Perhaps they assume that women bring their own soaps and shampoo? We did not use the hotel restaurant or pool. The hotel was very crowded while we were there due to two weddings, and parking lots were filled. We parked across the street in a lot that was for employees only and warned that all others would be towed. I would not come back and would rather save the $100+ difference per night and stay in a Hyatt Place.
