Fantastic condition, very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely high-tech. Tight quarters though well worth the trade off for the phenomenal location as it’s right in the heart of Brickell, next door to great restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the train/bus.

Excellent for a 1 night stay before a cruise! Breakfast was decent, location great as we walked to the Bayside Market and to dinner. Lacks any info in the room or signs for basic things like ice. Overall would definitely stay before a cruise

I complained that my A/C was not working when I checked in, and they fixed it. But it stopped working on the 2nd night again. Called the front desk and nobody looked into it. Pretty disappointed
