The elevators were either really slow or not working. Other than that, good hotel for the location and condition (it is dated, perhaps built in the 80's).

Nice large room that was comfortable for 5 people and amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine were helpful. The tiles in the living were dated and cracked. The faucet was antique and difficult for my parents to use as it needed to be pulled out and was awkward and stiff. Also I would have paid for an early check in around 10 am for the comfort of my elderly parents

Excellent stay the night before our cruise. The hotel was clean & beautiful, great location & offered complimentary breakfast. The room (double queen suite) was extremely spacious, beds were comfortable & room was very clean.

This place is not sound proof whatsoever. Our first room they put us on you can hear every song that comes out of the boats and people passing by the river as well as the metroshuttle next to the hotel. We asked to be changed to a room thats better in soundproof noise level and they put us at the front of the hotel where there were constructions drilling and hammering till 1am which you can hear so clearly and loudly in our room. The 1st room we were in was clean but the 2nd was dirty and the vents had mounds of dust on it. Breakfast was mid and some staff were nice while some were rude. Definitely will not stay here again.
