We loved the property. Area is perfect and walkable. We had a group of 4, 2 couples 2 rooms. We stayed 3 nights before cruise and were supposed to stay 1 night after. After the first 3 nights we cancelled our room for after the cruise and found a different hotel because the beds were so uncomfortable. All 4 of us felt this way. A shame because we live CitizenM.

Everything was amazing. The only criticism I would point out would be the lack of staff at check in. It's a little confusing the first time. Other than that, breakfast was amazing. The room was awesome and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay there again.

Overall positive, would stay again.

Check in was difficult. Staff insistent we use the self check-in kiosk despite us arriving late at 3am and the system not recognizing our reservation for that day. Ultimately the staff had to check us in himself but it was more difficult than we anticipated, especially after a long travel day. Common areas are vibrant and beautiful, service staff friendly, walkable area and a great location to the cruise ports. Shower head and fixtures were dirty and moldy, didn’t feel clean after showering. Arrived and the room was warm and musty, smelled like marijuana. Once we ran the air for a while and brought the room down to temperature, the odor subsided.

Everything was great, except two things. The beer selection and the beds. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I had to get up several times throughout the night to walk around because my back hurt so much. Otherwise the property was great.
