My stay at the Shangri-La Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. I want to give special recognition to Khodarahm, the doorman. He greeted me warmly every day, always helped me get a taxi, and even made sure to speak with the drivers so I arrived safely at my destination. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference in my stay. Khodarahm truly represents the spirit of Shangri-La hospitality, and I am so grateful for his help. I highly recommend Shangri-La Dubai not only for its luxury and comfort, but for the outstanding service provided by staff like Khodarahm. I will definitely return on my next visit to Dubai! This hotel lives up to its star rating and more. The rooms are roomy and well-designed and have a 5-star feel. This hotel has a very positive atmosphere, which is mostly due to its friendly and attentive staff. Archel, the Front Office Manager, sent us a flower arrangement, which was a special touch. We’re definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends!

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel with my mom for three weeks, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Khodarahm, who consistently checked on us with such kindness and professionalism, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Elizabeta was also incredibly thoughtful, always going the extra mile by sending us fruits and chocolates, which made us feel so special. Preet from housekeeping provided outstanding service as well — not only was everything spotless, but she surprised us with flowers and a heartfelt note that truly touched us. Their genuine care and attention turned our stay into an unforgettable memory, and I am so grateful for their hospitality. Shangri-La truly stands out because of dedicated employees like them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and exceptional service.

From the moment we arrived in Shangri-La Dubai it was such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Our one bedroom suite gave us spectacular sunset views but was quiet and very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully soft and after a day of sightseeing / shopping it was the most relaxing place to come back to. I would definitely recommend booking the Horizon Lounge package as it was absolutely worth it - the entire Horizon Club team went above and beyond to make our stay special and a big extra thank you should out goes to Erika, Janeth and Kloderam!!! Pools were great, the access to the indoor pool was amazing - we went at night and the lights made it more serene. Hotel choice of food was amazing and every meal felt like a treat. We took advantage of the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall which was great in the heat although taxis do arrive within minutes and you are central to all places. For unbeatable views, comfort, great dining and genuinely warm service in th heart of Dubai - Shangri-La delivers!! Thank you am sure we will be visiting again
