Lovely hotel in quiet neighborhood. Great staff. Beautiful restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Ended up in handicapped accessible room where bathroom could really use some counter space. Hope to stay again some day.

Picked the cheapest room option they had room It’s was lovely expect for the fact that your sweating bucket like sleeping in a sauna. Felt like there was underfloor heating.

Stayed in a City Pod which was fine - but there was no air conditioning - and the room temperature was unbearable. Didn't want to open the window as it is on ground floor - plus very noisy with nightclubs discharging /general Saturday night revellers.

Great staff and good hotel. Not too big. Nicely laid out. Stayed one night and headed off to the airport. Airport express leaves from just around the corner. Iveagh park around the corner is lovely too

The temperature in the room was unbearable and warm. The underfloor heating made the tiles hot and there was no way to cool the temp of the room as the aircon unit didn’t seem to work. Could not sleep as a result. Spoke to the hotel manager and he promised to contact me the same day but has not. Awful experience..

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was big and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Location was great, conveniently located to Saint Stephen’s Green, shopping and to the Luas tram stop. Bar had delicious cocktails! But our room AC did not work which was disappointing. Our room was located right on the street and it was very noisy with cars, pedestrians all night long! The bathroom was very big but no convenient storage. No shelves or towel hooks for toiletries, etc. And no electrical outlet in bathroom for blow dryer, etc. Overall hotel was very nice but small inconveniences contributed to a frustrating stay and sleepless nights.

It was noisy outside the room from the train. The shower drain backed up. In room and ala carte coffee was limited or unavailable. Overall for the price we were disappointed.
