Staff very friendly and helpful. Room a little dated and lacking that sparkle. Bathroom door was badly rotted at the bottom end due to contact with water from the shower. Tv didn’t have the basic channels. Could be somewhat more cosy.

What a brilliant hotel! The main thing for me is the value, I can't believe how little we paid for a family of 5 including a full breakfast, just outside of Dublin, and the place was faultless. Spotless comfy room, friendly staff with great service, and the food was lovely. Very impressed!

Room freezing. Tild reception and they said they boost heat to our floor but still very cild in room for the night.Staff lovely and very helpful. Breakfast nice but by 9 am lot of shortages not due to staff as they were so friendly and helpful.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The comforter on the bed was very heavy, making it difficult to move. Was definitely a disruption to our sleep. The staff at the desk were not particularly welcoming and had difficulty with processing our request for a late checkout. They seemed either untrained or disinterested.
