They required a credit card and check in and tried two diffeeent ones several times and all declined. They brought over a manager and said it was the “Expedia” credit card provided with the reservation that was declining. It was not my card. Anyway it took very long to check in which they said was because of my Expedia reservation.

For the price of the nightly rate, the room needs help. Here is the list of some items, -sink drainage, drain very slow, needs to be cleanup -the room have a nice desk but no outlets around -I the bathroom, next to the lavatory, you have a container on the wall, for hand lotion. The container there was label conditioner, we try the product and was a conditioner, not hand lotion -the only outlet in the bathroom, not working, not operational, try to reset, but not working for sure

My sister shared that her stay was not what she expected. She expressed that it was not Kid friendly. She indicated that she and her family had to request for clean towels daily. She is a disabled Veteran. She also shared the that she was confronted a couple of times about parking in the Handicapped space. The decal was displayed on her license plate. Hopefully the next visit would be better!

overpriced and not very personable- for 330 a night, you should be able to have some sort of breakfast included or grab and go option - too pricey and were only there to attend a wedding next door- wouldn't return- not worth it
