Classic Edisto Cottage with large screened in porch-pet friendly

The main living space is located on the second floor, offering ample natural light and an open floorplan. It features two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a full bathroom with a standup shower. All bed linens and bath towels are provided along with a few extra beach towels.

The kitchen has been updated with newer cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. Appliances include a drip coffee maker, top mount freezer refrigerator, a flat top electric range/oven, and microwave.

The dining area is located just off the kitchen and has seating for four. The living room and sunroom offer ample space to sit back and relax or enjoy a family game night. The sunroom features a daybed, perfect for catching up with a good book. Just off of the sunroom is the spacious screened in porch where guests can enjoy the comfort of the ocean breeze while lounging on the patio furniture and porch swing.

Two additional bedrooms are located through a separate entrance on the ground floor and share a half bath. One room features two twin beds and the other bedroom boasts a king bed. There is ample storage space underneath the home for beach gear. Guests also have access to a full size washer and dryer and an enclosed outdoor shower. There is a grilling area and a lovely picnic table for dining al fresca.
