Charming Modern Victorian in the Village of EVL

This home has been meticulously curated and maintained to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The downstairs consists of a spacious living room, a separate sitting room with mountain views, a half bath and a large chef's kitchen with glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio with fenced yard.

Upstairs you will find a deluxe king suite with 5 piece bath and sitting room. There are an additional 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath.

Large open concept kitchen with attached dinning and sitting room perfect for entertaining. After visiting the coffee bar, enjoy your morning brew on the large covered front porch with tranquil views. Through the hall, you'll find a 1/2 bath and built in desk before you enter the main living room ready for movie night.

Upstairs is highlighted by the large King suite with large closets, sitting room with futon bed, and large en-suite 5 piece bath. Down the hallway you'll find a washer/dryer before the 2 additional bedrooms. The first contains a queen bed and mountain views, the 2nd holds ample sleeping space with a Full/Full combo bunkbed complemented with a futon bed.

Out back, you'll find a large private patio with electric awning, ample seating and a fire pit.


Parking for 7 in the large 6 car driveway and a private garage for another vehicle and all of your gear.

Access via front door, then guests can use garage or back door once checked in.

Unobstructed views of the Holimont Ski Club.

EV Owners will be delighted that a FREE charging station is next door at the EVL Town Center, just steps away.

Excellent girls trip! The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect: less than a 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants and under a 10-minute drive to Holiday Valley. We especially loved the beautiful fenced-in yard with its mountain views. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

A Perfect Village Stay!

This house was perfect for families on an Ellicottville getaway! Close to the playground, skate park, Arboretum, and walking distance to Tops, restaurants and ice cream made it an ideal location. The house itself was clean and stocked with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and feel like a home away from home. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and appreciated the fenced in backyard for the kids. Corey was very helpful and a great host to work with. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Great place to stay near town

Clean and comfortable place just north of town Roomy, nice yard and quiet setting. The host was friendly and communicated well . We stayed for our annual mountain biking weekend and hope to stay there again next year!

Mid-December Wedding Party Meet and Greet

Absolutely fantastic rental property! Pre-wedding gathering for six guys looking to just get together before the big day. House is clean, updated, and well-stocked. Fifteen minute walk from downtown Ellicottville. Not too far, but far enough for quiet and privacy. Great communication and easy checkin/checkout.

Cory, good work organizing the unit & having many nice conveniences for our get-together. Greatly appreciate. Only item we would recommend you check is refrig - freezer. - seemed it would not hold items at proper cold temp- specifically freezer and seemed ice/water dispensor leaked a bit. Difficult to fully eval with our short stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

The best ever!

This was a 5 star Vrbo!!! Would give it a 10 if I could! The home was tastefully decorated and supplied with all of our needs plus more! Our beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked, and the perfect setting near town. If we return to Ellicottville, we will book this home again! Loved it!
