Chill and Grill: Poolside Retreat with Hot Tub Bliss

This oasis features luxurious amenities, including swimming pool and hot tub access. A modern and fully-equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Comfortable king-sized bed with premium linens. A bright and airy living room perfect for lounging and gathering with friends. Open-concept kitchen and dining area, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Spacious bedrooms with ample storage space for your belongings. Charming patio overlooking the pool, a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee! Pool closes annually 10/31 and reopens on 05/01.

Please note:

If any of these house rules are violated, VRB0 will be notified, and you maybe be required to vacate the property immediately.

1. Smoking is completely forbidden in designated non-smoking areas, which include:
1. Inside the home
2. The enclosed patio
If you smoke or vape inside the home or on the enclosed patio, you will incur a $250 smoking fee. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

2. Parties are not allowed. Only the guests specified in the booking are permitted in the home. An additional fee of $80 will be charged for each guest beyond the original booking list.

3. If there are any noise complaints from neighboring residents or local authorities, please be aware that quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.

4. Late checkouts require prior approval. If you do not check out by 11 AM, a fee of $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.

5. Drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property..

6. The use of the fireplace is prohibited..

7. Destruction of property includes the use of balloons and confetti, which are strictly prohibited due to their potential to damage the pool.

8. Any act of violence towards guest host or neighboring residence.

9. Tampering with security/safety devices.

10. Pets are strictly prohibited.

11. Other significant violations that were considered a safety risk for the guest, host and neighboring residence.

We loved everything about the house. Very nice little community with lots of sidewalks. Different stores and restaurants around as well. The beds in the house were phenomenal and now I want one. Lol. Would definitely recommend staying.

We stayed with another family and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub (especially while watching it snow!) and the bunkroom was perfect. The adults spent our time in the downstairs TV room watching football, where there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

Nice Place

My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group.

Good house and amenities

House itself and amenities were good. House needed TLC. The lights in one room controlled the lights to the room next to it. Dishwasher might need repair because it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. Had to hand wash stuff. Pool was clean and great. Gym equipment was nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. House did smell like smoke. Not sure if previous renters smoked.

Very nice property. I personally don't like bi-level houses but this one was done very nicely! Very useable and functional space. The backyard is very beautiful and picturesque. Definitely something I wouldn't mind having at my own property.The only complaints, which weren't enough to downgrade the rating, was that the hot tub would not increase to 115 (only 105 but would actually stay around 95) and we couldn't use the outdoor grill. I'm not sure if there is a trick to getting it to light, but we were not able to. The electric lighter wasn't working and neither was manually trying to light it, even though there was propane. We just ended up using the indoor grill and oven to cook our meat.
