This cute and cozy 800 SQ FT, 2BR/2BA open feel condo offers mountain comfort and stunning views. Located between Mary's Lake and Moraine Ave, you are minutes from downtown Estes Park, and from the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This ranch style condo is welcoming and cute. With all living areas on the main floor, this condo makes for a relaxing and accessible experience. The open concept living area has wonderful natural light with large windows that invite the outdoors inside. The great room offers incredible views of the surrounding area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with all of the items you may need to make that perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Off of the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry convenience. The patio is located off the dining room with comfy patio furniture to lounge in, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. This lovely property backs up to permanent Land Trust Open Space. Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full hall bathroom with a shower. Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow removal by HOA at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Overall a great, cozy retreat for a Rocky Mountain visit with our teen granddaughter. Very clean. Loved having two bedrooms with two baths supplied with plenty of towels. Gave it a 4 instead of 5 because second bed was hard and noisy, moved to couch. Beautiful view of sunset over mountains from patio with regular visits by hummingbirds. Short drive from downtown Estes Park and Rockies. Check in easy. Nice kitchen.

Last Leg of Our Colorado Vacation

This home was just perfect for two couples. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. My husband tossed our dirty laundry in the garbage can by accident and we didn't notice til we were home. The management company went above and beyond to find our bag and send it home to us. If I could, I would give them a 10-star rating!!!!

This was such a lovely place to stay. We had beautiful views and great proximity to the Estes area as well as the national park. It was very clean and well appointed! We saw a mountain lion and some deer behind the house during our stay as well. We just loved this property! It was very quiet and just beautiful.

Wonderful Winter Trip to Estes Park

Serenity in the Rockies was a wonderful place to stay for our winter trip to Estes Park. It was clean and well kept. The only issues we experienced were a shower that was drainage slowly and no extra blankets. Both issues were remedied within two hours of our arrival. The management team was very friendly and quick to respond. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and visits each morning from the local wildlife. The cabin is really close to the park entrance and to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Rental in Estes

Overall the property was nice. The backyard is open and doesn’t have another house immediately behind. During our stay we had a mule deer out the back door and prairie dogs to watch, but no elk. Inside is cozy with all necessary amenities. Check-in was a code texted 15 minutes ahead of earliest check-in time. Worked well for us. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the 2 of us.
