Estes Park`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

Plenty of room for 8 adults, we were impressed with how well stocked the house was. The gift basket was greatly appreciated. We had a few friends over for lunch and they took the info to perhaps plan a future stay for themselves. It was so nice to sit out in the deck and watch the birds.

Highly recommend. Easy to get around Estes Park and RMNP. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Host very responsive. Wildlife roams around. Had pretty much everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the deck area with the fire pit.

We absolutely loved this place! Had everything we needed with plenty of beds/rooms and space. Everything was clean and well organized. Incredible views of mountains and wildlife

The property was immaculate and well stocked. Star gazing and wildlife viewing from the back deck was a favorite family activity each evening. The daytime mountain views are breathtaking exactly as portrayed in the online listing. While RMNP was the primary reason for the visit, we decided to spend Saturday at the property watching college football and grilling on the deck. We will definitely request this property again when returning to Estes Park. Thank you for such an ideal family vacation!

Love this home. I would stay here again. Highly recommend it. Stocked with everything - soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, even coffee pods! TV set up is clunky and needs an update. But we literally only watched 1 hour a day - we were on the trails. Hope to come back summer 2024. 5 Stars +

Fall vacation for my wife and I

My wife and I had an incredible time in estes at this property. The views off the back deck in the morning and at night were spectacular. The living room was great place to relax in after a day of hiking in the mountains. The bedding was clean and comfortable to sleep in, and Sara the property manager was always making sure that all our needs were met during our stay. We cannot wait to come back again.

perfect long weekend

Gorgeous house with beautiful views. This house had everything needed for a wonderful stay. We only made two meals but the kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of prep space. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The location was also perfect. Easy drive to the town of Estes and also the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our stay at Kingsview was even better than anticipated. The listing was extremely accurate as were the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. We have stayed at many short term rentals but this was for sure one of the best. The house was extremely clean and we will definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to everything Estes has to offer.

Our family of five stayed here for a few days over the Fourth of July holiday. We were looking forward to viewing the fireworks from the deck but the weather did not cooperate and the fireworks were cancelled. The weather changes quickly in the mountains so when people say be prepared for rapid changes and afternoon rain, believe it! Now onto the property, WOW is about the best description for it. Very impressive home that has spared no details. The layout is great, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom is huge with the shareable shower, soaker tub and heated floor. The kitchen had everything you need to make your meals or barbeque on the Weber grill on the deck. Large dining table for eating your meals or laying out your hiking supplies. The surround sound system was a nice touch for watching movies or listening to your favorite tunes. Plenty of DVD's to choose from, we chose to watch the Shinning on the first stormy night before visiting the Stanley hotel the following day. Decor is about as nice as I've seen in a VRBO. The highlight of this home is the breathtaking views of the mountains, Lake Estes and valley. The home is in a small neighborhood but it was quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing after a long day of hiking and horse back riding in RMNP. It was also nice to have access to the garage. Wonderful property, great stay, we highly recommend staying here! We loved Estes Park, thanks Sara, we'll be back

What a VIEW!

Sara was a very thoughtful host who provided amenities that are above and beyond your common short term rental. So many little touches were very much appreciated by our crew and helped create a seamless trip. The view is spectacular, and we loved hanging in the hot tub every night!

Best short term rental ever!

We came with hopeful expectations and we were blown away by this STR. Walking into the front door you are knocked down by the large windows overlooking the mountains. Then, the attention to details was unbelievable
.they do not skimp on anything including shampoo, body wash, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and more!! The whole house was stocked like our home, all the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was a huge hit. I don’t usually have the desire to return to the same place but this is an exception!! I cannot give this a higher mark than 5 stars but in our families opinion it’s a clear 10.
