The cleanliness of the room upon arrival wasn’t great. The room king size bed was clean excluding that the floor wasn’t clean (still had hair shedding from the person prior) the floor to the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the pull out couch had yellow and brown stains.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our room didnt have working microwave. They knew this prior to us checking in and didnt inform me. They compensated by giving us toom on same floor to use the microwave. Freezer didnt make ice either. I was told i also get 15,000 hitlon honors points after check out in a couple days for my inconvenience. I will see.

Overall the rooms and the staff were great. The suite was great value for the money. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only downside was the fitness center. Three of the four pieces of equipment were unusable — the peloton bikes had connectivity issues and the elliptical was broken. In other words, a refresh of the fitness center would be great.

We really loved the room we had. It worked perfectly for us. They didn’t have any soap(by the sink) or towels in our bathroom and we had to go to front desk to get them. The shower was amazing with the different nozzles but the temp control didn’t work and it was very hot.

The room was nice except the bathroom wasn't clean. There were still hairs in the sink and tub that definitely were not ours. There was also the sound of running water constantly, all night long and in the morning. The room itself was nice and the staff was nice.

Hallways smelled so bad. Very dark and dirty. Room was not bad. Breakfast was not like other Homewood s. No waffle machine and milk tasted like it was spoiled. We didn’t even end up eating the breakfast.

July 4th Getaway

It’s my favorite little private getaway. Rooms are amazing and comfortable. Mostly quiet and the customer service is amazing.
