The room was not very clean... Ceiling fans covered in dust and portable air conditioners in the rooms. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Housekeeping did not remove dirty towels or take trash. Unimpressed.

The central air-conditioning was out of order and wind A/C units had been poorly installed leaving gaps where the noise from Rt. 202 and insects could get through. This was a 2-bedroom suite and there was no window in the kitchen/living room so no A/C. We had to use a fan to draw cool air from a bedroom. The problem with the central A/C was known by management well in advance of our stay but we were not informed. Curtains were stained, torn and some were missing. The kitchen faucet was missing its handle. one of the toilets was constantly running. The lack of maintenance in this Homewood is astounding.

The property was near restaurants and stores. Rooms and hotel was clean but there was a stain on side of mattress and holes on cushion on couch. Staff was nice and helpful but it seemed like the guy at the front desk had to do it all. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. There was no lights on the side of the hotel when you park to go in the sode door. We had to use the flash lights to see. We would stay again if we were in the area.

I’ll say this hotel was lacking. Our room slept 4 people. We were given 2 towels for our stay & had to ask for more. I opted for the “full” kitchen which had one plate, 3 forks. We’ve stayed at Homewood Suites all over the country and this one was disappointing. Gym equipment was broken. Water tank wasn’t filled. Breakfast was mediocre, bland. Couch in room was ripped. No linens or pillows provided for pullout. The biggest issue was plumbing one full morning & well into the afternoon of our stay. No water from any faucets! Our family could not shower that morning, wash dishes, or brush teeth. Called front desk to hear it’ll be on in a couple hours. This place really needs some improvement.

For the price we paid, I wasn’t expecting to get something like this. There was no proper A/C just a fan in the living room and the wall unit they had didn’t even work. When we complained that the toilet wouldn’t flush, all they did was hand us a plunger. On top of that, the refrigerator wasn’t secured and moved every time we opened the door.

Nice staff and clean. A bit dated decor in the rooms. Need to improve lighting and brighter finishes. The room we had had a portable AC unit. It worked well but they should have told us it was in there and why at the time of check in.

The cleanliness of the room upon arrival wasn’t great. The room king size bed was clean excluding that the floor wasn’t clean (still had hair shedding from the person prior) the floor to the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the pull out couch had yellow and brown stains.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our room didnt have working microwave. They knew this prior to us checking in and didnt inform me. They compensated by giving us toom on same floor to use the microwave. Freezer didnt make ice either. I was told i also get 15,000 hitlon honors points after check out in a couple days for my inconvenience. I will see.
