This is a very clean and quiet hotel. We would stay here again. If I could make one suggestion it would be that I wish for the handicap accessible rooms they would make a shower that you could walk into rather than one with a tub. They did provide a shower bench, and maybe there are other rooms with a walk-in shower that I'm not aware of. To be fair, I did see pictures of the room online before booking, so we knew what the bathroom was like. We only stayed one night so my mom decided to just shower at home. But she liked how open the layout of the room was. She has stayed in so-called accessible rooms at other hotels and they were very cramped. The parking and breakfast were good. There was a door on our room that opened directly to the outside, but there were three locks so it felt safe. They were short staffed so our room wasn't quite ready when we got there, but you could tell all the staff were doing the best that they could. We opted to leave and come back, and I got a text when it was ready.

Beds are extremely comfortable, looked like they might have been a little short staffed for cleaning in the lobby area. Staff very friendly. We stayed going and coming on our family trip and my kids requested staying even tho we didn't have enough time for the pool. Breakfast was great, too.

Great stay

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They were happy to have us there and gave us all the information about the pool, breakfast and anything else we would need. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was large, which was nice and felt like we weren't cramped. Breakfast was great and we all had more than enough to fill up on. The pool was perfect for my kids to spend some time in and get some energy out. We would definitely stay there again when we come to Fargo.

Wonderful! Staff was very friendly even with a midnight check in. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast on a Monday morning even had breakfast sandwiches! Large selection of juices and a pancake machine.

While I understand there was a 4:00 check in time, it seems it could have been more flexible at 3:45. There was no one in line and we were told she did not want to give us a room that was not clean (sounded odd given it was 3:45). Again I understand. When I came back at 4:15, there were 8 parties ahead of me to check in and it took 25 minutes to receive the room keys. The back log of people checking in could have been avoided by taking a few reservations earlier with less stress on the reservationist.

The property is stunning with huge logs like the old lodges. The decorating is quite outstanding with the pictures and wildlife tiles. The pool is a playground for kids with the spilling buckets and slides. The room was spacious and comfortable..
