have a very clean room with plenty of extras. would have liked a continental breakfast as well but set up for in room services very well. There are beverages and free coffee also snacks and other food snacks one can purchase as well. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Great hotel to stay with your pet, the room has everything you could possibly need. Loved that the laundry facilities were included at no cost, perfect for our trip up for a hockey tournament. The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The area of the property was very convenient. It’s located in front of West Acres Mall. The room was clean except for the upholstery of the couch which had some stains on it and also the curtains, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in decent condition. The staff was ok. Overall we had a good stay of night.

This hotel was amazing! Convenient access right behind mall. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The best part was the suite with a kitchenette, full size fridge, dishwasher and stove. They even provide real silverware, pots, glasses, paper towels etc. Dove bodywash and haircare. Staff was great and the beds were soooo comfortable!

A great nights sleep!

I highly recommend this hotel! The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. We were on the road for 2 weeks and this was the quietest hotel we stayed in!
