Die Rezeptionistin Michelle hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht. Sie war sehr höflich, sympathisch und hat mir bei all meinen Fragen sehr geholfen. Sie fragte sogar, wo ich etwas finden könnte. Ich habe mich sehr gerne mit ihr unterhalten. Ihr Vorgesetzter (ich glaube, Dave oder vielleicht Brian) war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beide sprachen professionell mit mir, aber ich hatte trotzdem das Gefühl, sie wären Freunde. Vielen, vielen Dank euch beiden!
