The neighborhood is 15 minutes east of downtown, historic Flagstaff - tons of shops, restaurants, and fun events throughout the year! Just 40 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. Hiking and biking in the summers - snowboarding and skiing in the winter - and scenic Gondola rides all year round. Make this your home camp for a Grand Canyon trip 1.5 hours away. Hit the links and stop by the house after you get your birdie on the 5th hole. Or just do nothing at all, and lounge on the deck with a glass of wine and a good book.

Please note there are a few stairs leading from the driveway to the house, all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and a few stairs down to the Arcade.

** We do our best to keep propane tanks filled. If you end up with an empty one, you can exchange it at Walmart 4 miles away and we will reimburse you

Note: The garage is a 2 door garage and very tight. Compact and standard vehicles only. The tesla charging cable will reach vehicles parked outside the garage, where there are 3 more parking spots. Street parking is not allowed.

Note: There is a standard residential power line in one corner of the property, with supporting ground cables. It is safely positioned and does not impact use of the yard or deck.
