-No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided

-No smoking inside the home ($500 fine)
-We do allow pets for an additional fee.***No cats*** Our policy is `all-four-on-the-floor`. No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded, and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation, and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.
-There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time.
-We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found, we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee.
-Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee
Welcome to our inviting and cozy home! We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free, so we have a few house rules in place.

First and foremost, we kindly ask that there be no parties during your stay. Our home is meant to be a peaceful retreat for our guests and we want to respect our neighbors as well.

We also have a strict no smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fine, as we strive to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests.

We do understand that pets are a part of the family and we do allow them in our home. However, we have a `All-four-on-the-floor` policy to ensure the cleanliness of our premises. This means that your furry friends are not allowed on beds or furniture. Any evidence of pets on these areas will result in additional cleaning charges and potentially the replacement of sheets and bedding.


Lastly, we want to remind guests that outdoor fires are not allowed, with the exception of the gas fireplace. This is for the safety of our guests and the neighborhood.
