Its all about the location with this place. Really close to the Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio & shops/restaurants. The rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean & with everything you could ever need. The staff are very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Not as fancy as other hotels but all you could ever need.

Pretty good overall. Large rooms but older and a bit beat up. Location was great. The street below was noisy at all hours of the night. Glad I brought ear plugs. Didn’t interact with staff much but they seemed nice.

Very disappointing hotel. The room was clean but the hotel lift and surrounding area was covered in grime. Breakfast was basic, the juices were squash which is usually a bad sign, and for Italy, even the coffee was poor. Location is good and Florence is expensive so I didn’t expect opulence but the hotel was tired and most staff looked like they needed a holiday much more than we did! The shower in our room had no door on it so the bathroom was like a wet room but with a wooden floor. As we checked out they couldn’t even be bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay - obviously they know not to ask by now! This is in no way a four star hotel.

Good place for beibg in centre of Florence. Can be noisy from outside. Good breakfast. Staff pleasant & helpful. Deluxe rooms quirky. Bathroom- large & faultless. We had a induction hob to boil kettle & good size fridge. Easy walking to most attractions.

Terrible!!! Rooms look nothing like the pictures and the hotel manager is a complete loser. They say free wifi and there’s no wifi in the rooms a complete joke of a hotel.
