Nice apartment located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building in a quiet street a stone's throw from the historic center.
The apartment has a living room with dining area, equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms both with shower, one of which is in the bedroom.
Wi-fi connection and air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV,bed linen and a set of towels are available for guests.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
