The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage long before check in time, they provided us with clear directions to public transportation, reserved an early morning taxi for us and provided us with a wonderful restaurant recommendation. The room was basic, but very clean and looked newly remodeled. The outside of the building looks a bit sub par, but the interior was quite nice. The close proximity to the airport was a great feature for an early morning flight. It would have been nice to have a free airport shuttle because the 5 minute taxi ride to the airport cost us close to 20€.

Other than the facts that there was no hot water to take a shower the morning our flight was leaving Florence and a kind of surly check in lady who moved us y to o the side and then started checking in people who cam in after us it was pretty good because clean nice room and accessibility to the airport. We had to be there at 7 am

Clean, efficient, friendly service and convenient for the airport. The only issue we had - which is not the hotel's fault - is that Google maps suggested a walking route from the airport which required walking along roads without pavements. So if it's after midnight you need to take a taxi even though it's not far.
