We used this hotel as a final night before our flight. Convenient to the airport and “metro”. A great way to end your vacation and start getting mentally ready to head home.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. They are advertised as having a restaurant but they don’t. Only vending machines. There is a restaurant across the street which was a little run down looking but had great food and good prices.

We had to be at the airport at 5:30 in the morning so it was a perfect spot overnight. The staff arranged the cab the night before and they arrived on time. Very helpful.

There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Disgusting in my opinion. The night staff wasn’t welcoming. Other than that not a bad, close to the airport, hotel.

"How punctual was the airport shuttle?" We were told there was no airport shuttle. I set my alarm to wake up at 7 am. At 4:30 am all the lights went on randomly. I turned them off one at a time. 40 minutes later they all turned on again. I went downstairs and the front desk attendant came upstairs and did something with my room electrical box. He left and 30 minutes later the light went on next to my bed. Then he turned off all the electricity to my room from his computer. I tried to sleep then. Well, at this point I was woken for the day, so upset as I had a 24 hour trip ahead of me. The desk manager applied for a refund for me. I don't think that has happened yet.
