Elio was a fantastic host. The furniture in our room could use updating as it is worn out. The night stand lamps flicker because the switches are worn out. The view of the Duomo was top notch. The Villani is in a great location in the center city for all your shopping and sight-seeing needs. We would definitely stay there again. I wish there were better parking accomodations though. You can't have everything.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very nice. Felt comfortable and safe. The rooms have a good view and the rooftop bar has an amazing view. A must see. A lounging area was also available with a view of the city. Prime location.

It was nice hotel with free access to the roof top that had an amazing view. It was in a safe area. It have a cozy feeling to it.

We left a night early forfeiting our second night payment. The location was great but the water pressure went in and out, the lamp wasn't working properly and it was generally just not comfortable. The rooftop bar does not serve coffee, only alcohol.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the many choices and extended hours of the breakfast. The fruit bowl was filled with high quality produce, best orange I've eaten in 40 years. Thank you for that. I struggled to find Via Oche, but I didn't have Internet working. From SMN train station, follow the main roads towards the Duomo, don't take any alley roads. Once you arrive, walk on the road (plaza) between the big Duomo buildings and the little Duomo. Via Oche is the first alley road you will come to. I hope this helps someone.

Perfect view

The Villani has a wonderful view from the terrace that faces the Duomo. I can't forget breakfast time there, and I enjoyed their warm hospitality!!

Good stay

Great location about 30 seconds from the Duomo. Room was basic but clean. Shower and bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast provided consisted of eggs, cold meats, pastries and cereal. Acceptable place to stay for a night or two
