El hotel muy limpio ! El staff super atento y agradable! Todas las atracciones queda super cerca! 10-15 min caminando ! El área segura puedes andar sin peligro ! Muchos restaurantes cercas y la estación Santa María novella 12 min caminando ! Detallé importante es que no hay ascensor! Si viajas muy cargado de equipaje debes subir 2 escaleras hasta el lobby

Such a lovely stay. Only for one evening but Elena and the staff were courteous and friendly. The room was excellent. Incredibly clean and well presented. Would highly recommend this place.

The hotel was nice and cute. Our room was a nice size for three people. I liked how the bedroom had two closet spaces and a table. It’s nice how they offer refreshments and snacks. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was plus. I will most likely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

The staff at Hotel Zanobi 45 were outstanding in their service and friendliness! They accommodated us with a fan when our AC was not working, which worked out fine since the weather was cooler in October. The fact that there is no elevator was overcome by the convenient location to shops and dining and walking distance to the magnificent heart of Florence. We would definitely stay there again!
