Located on the first floor of a well-kept and quiet building, the apartment is on two levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The internal spaces are well distributed and furnished with a modern and practical style, designed to ensure comfort and liveability at any time of the day.
On the first level we find a bright and well-organized living area, with a cozy lounge and a kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen overlooks a convivial area perfect for lunches and dinners in company. The sleeping area includes an elegant double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet, recently renovated.
Going up to the second level, a lovely mezzanine houses the second double bedroom, ideal as a private space or to host any friends or family.
The apartment is equipped with fiber WiFi connection, air conditioning and TV, elements that make it ideal for those who work in smart working and for those who simply want to experience the city with comfort and tranquility.
