Fair for the money

Great location. Close to the train station, duomo, galleria de academia, and ponte vecchio. No front desk so it made it challenging to check in. You need to coordinate to check in ahead of time. Old building but everything is old around there. Ok for the money but is more a hostel than a hotel.

Just right for the price.

We stayed in Piazza San Lorenzo, which is a perfect location for tourists. The place is no frills but it was very clean and the towels were changed each day. In the evening the piazza was very noisy because it is a hang-out for teenagers but I wore earplugs and slept through it all. Coupons valid at the neighborhood bar for a breakfast of cappuccino, croissant, and juice were given to us each day and that was great. The manager spoke English and Italian (and Chinese) and was nice and very helpful.

La zona è otiima, punto. Cioè voglio dire, a parte questo tutto il resto è opinabile, per una notte va anche bene, per più notti meglio cercare ancora. Il bagno per esempio (interno in questo caso, ma questa struttura ha anche bagni esterni) è un po raffazzonato su, doccia con tenda che trovo un po scomoda, lavandino micro ricavato in un angolo e che sta anche per staccarsi dal muro(!), water che ogni tanto fa un rumore strano, il resto della camera invece va anche bene, il clima funziona (per fortuna perchè ieri c'era un caldo torrido) ed infine c'è anche un piccolo frigo comodo per tenere al fresco ciò che si vuole (vicino c'è anche un supermercato...). Piccola menzione per la struttura, naturalmente si tratta di un palazzo molto vecchio del centro storico e purtroppo l'ascensore va a colpi (proprio così) e quando non funziona bisogna farsi tre piani di scale a piedi, vedete voi

Difficult to find because the map location is not correct. I spent over 45 minutes searching for the location. I had to look at the exterior photo to find the building. Lucky operator was there to check me in when I arrived as I missed these are rooms available off one corridor on the third floor of a building and not managed. Most frustrating was the bathroom. The shower stall walls were removed and replaced with a curtain. The 2x2 stall is too small because as soon as water is turned on a vacuum is created and the curtain sucks in toward you. The shared bath with a shower with walls was not accessible with my card access key. — It is conveniently located and easy to get around once you know where to go. The woman cleaning was nice and did a good job.

Perfecta ubicación en el centro, justo en la iglesia de San Lorenzo. Habitaciones reformadas, cómodas y en mi caso con baño. A pesar de no tener desayuno hay cafeterías nada más salir a la calle. El Duomo está a unos 200m. Todo queda muy cerca y uno se maravilla en cada esquina que gira.

non tutto era come avremo voluto che fosse.

Quando abbiamo prenotato alla Locando di S.Lorenzo, ovvero 2 mesi prima dell'arrivo a Firenze, nella prenotazione risultava una camera con BAGNO PRIVATO INTERNO. Arrivate li non era proprio cosi, le camere sono per la maggior parte con bagno esterno alle camere, forse una con bagno interno. Abbiamo spiegato al dipendenze la situazione ma non ne voleva sentire, noi dovevamo tenerci per forza quella camera. Allora abbiamo lasciato perdere. Ha voluto subito i soldi del soggiorno, senza ancora aver usufruito di servizi, quindi abbiamo pagato subito la somma, dopo viene a bussarci la porta e ci chiede altri 30 euro in più per le tasse non incluse, ma la prenotazione includeva tutte le tasse. Diciamo che stava già iniziando a "fregarci". Non finisce qui, la notte rientrate dopo un lungo giro, la mia amica entra in bagno a farsi la doccia, indovinate? L'acqua non scendeva dal rubinetto, sembrava fatto tutto a posta. L'indomani mattina lo abbiamo chiamato e allora ha risolto il problema. Giorno successivo ancora la pulizia alla camera non era stata fatta ed erano le 6 di pomeriggio ed io essendo allergica alla polvere non posso vivere in un ambiente che non viene pulito giornalmente, ma a prescindere da ciò, la pulizia prima di TUTTO! Siamo andate via da li prima del previsto abbiamo fatto solo tre tre notti su cinque, non ce la facevamo più. VE LO SCONSIGLIO, ASSOLUTAMENTE

Close to the Duomo, museums, & palazzo. Literally on Piazza San Lorenzo. Room was comfortable & AC was working great. Looks like recently renovated and not quite completed; shower & sink fixtures were still loose, but plenty of hot water. Otherwise, very clean and good.

Hotel is right in the city Center and walking distance to everything. Everything in room was clean and fresh. Only thing that could have been better was the bathroom; tiny sink and shower with hardly any pressure at all.

No es un hotel. No hay recepción, no te limpian el cuarto. La entrada y el ascensor muy feos. El cuarto nuestro amplio y limpio. El de nuestros amigos muy chico, con la tele mal no ubico, la puerta del baño parchada. Tuve problemas con la llave y el dueño, por mail, me lo soluciono rápidamente.

산 로렌초 성당 정말 바로 옆 건물

위치가 정말 좋았다 두오모에서도 가깝고 산 로렌초 성당에 붙어있는 건물에 있음 제법 널찍한 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기기도 좋고 창문을 열면 산 로렌초 성당 광장에서 연주되는 음악 소리 성당 종소리를 들을 수 있는데 무료 콘서트로 느껴질만큼 로맨틱한 분위기다 중국인이 운영하는 시설인 것 같은데 이탈리아 숙박시설 화장실에서 면봉과 화장솜을 본 건 처음이었다 최근에 새로 리노베이션 한 듯 깨끗한 실내 엄청 깨끗한 화장실이 맘에 들었음 침구가 관리가 잘 안 되고 있는 것 같은 점이 조금 아쉬운 포인트 손쉬운 셀프 체크인 찾기 쉬운 위치 저렴한 숙박비 만족스러운 스테이

Camera abbastanza confortevole, direttamente in piazza San Lorenzo, posizione eccellente!!!! Molto rumorosa però la sera, fino alle 2 di notte, e la mattina per carico scarico merci, dalle 6:30.. quindi se avete il sonno leggero non è consigliata!! Per essere un afffittacamere e non un hotel è abbastanza ben organizzata. Unica pecca: entrambi gli asciugamani sporchi.

Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno anche tenuto il bagaglio in hotel per un'intera giornata nonostante il nostro soggiorno fose finito. Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti da ogni luogo d'interesse a Firenze. Unica pecca, niente bidet.
