Located 200 metres from the Santa Maria Novella train station and an 8-minute walk from the Duomo and all the attractions of Florence’s city centre, our Tosca apartment has just been renovated. Extremely quiet and tastefully furnished, it offers all the comforts, including Wi-Fi, a large TV, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one bathroom, a double bedroom with a closet, and a private courtyard. Thanks to its location and amenities, Tosca is perfect for both long and short stays. The apartment is brand new and has just been renovated. Its designer furniture is entirely new, and all the paintings in the apartment were painted by the owner. My team and I are available by phone should you need assistance during your stay in Florence. Our residence is located in the Santa Maria Novella area, home to the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Santa Maria Novella Pharmacy, the Novecento Museum, and other attractions. The area is renowned for its restaurants and is also the city’s main transportation hub, featuring the Santa Maria Novella central train station, the bus station, and the tram station, which directly connects downtown Florence to the airport. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the Arno River and the Duomo, and a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Our Tosca apartment is available for small groups of 2 or more people. If there are 2 of you and one of you wishes to sleep on the sofa bed, that is possible, but we will charge an additional €15 cleaning fee. This fee must be paid upon your arrival.
