It has one bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room, full kitchen and bath. Linens, including beach towels are provided. It is equipped with Direct TV, Netflix and WiFi. There is a small patio and communal grill outside. This is a great little spot for a couple or a family with small children to enjoy Folly from!

This is our second stay here and we are pleased. Comfortable and close to the beach. A short walk to restaurants and shops on Center St. We travel with our two little dogs and this property is perfect for them. The reserved parking spot is a bonus!

We really enjoyed getting away for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. The place was well sized for a couple traveling alone. Great location right behind Bert’s Market so a short walk to the beach and everywhere else in Downtown Folly. Would stay again!

We had the best time at folly beach ! The most clean place we have stayed with VRBO to date ! Very sweet and responsive hosts and it was such a cute space ! We loved how close it was to everything folly beach has to offer , especially being right at Bert’s mart which is the towns market ! Would highly recommend !
