Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and no parties.

Welcome to 207 W Cooper - The Coop! This recently remodeled cottage (2023) features two bedrooms, one bathroom (sleeps 4), brand-new stainless steel appliances, and an unbeatable location with easy beach access. There are two public beach accesses; one is just steps away, and the other is at the end of the block with public restrooms and outdoor showers. In addition, the cottage is a short, 2-block walk to Folly Beach's famous Center Street, filled with great dining, shopping, and nightlife options. The Coop is perfect for a small family or two couples!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
PARKING is available for up to 2 vehicles.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 40 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, and DJs are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most four people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

We went to Folly for a last minute weekend trip. I brought my two teenage boys and their buddy and we enjoyed our stay. The cute little house was exactly as we expected based on the listing. Simple, clean and short few blocks to restaurants and the beach. We had no issues at all. We enjoyed being to close to the beach and didn't drive the entire weekend. I always appreciate a clean home and this was that. I would definitely return and also recommend this rental to others. Thanks for everything!

This is a convenient location if you want to be close to downtown Folly or walk to the beach. It was quiet at night. The property was clean with plenty of kitchen appliances and amenities. Beds were comfortable. The front door had a big piece of wood missing off it which is not a good first impression. The lock/door felt unstable and I felt like I could push in the door if I pushed hard and I’m a petite woman. Had I been staying alone I would have felt unsafe. For the price it felt small and a little drab but it could be the going rate for the area and season.

Great location right by the beach! Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies we needed. We appreciated the tvs in each room. this location was to the restaurants without being noisy.

Good location to downtown Folly beach and many beach access points! It was to have a place that would allow our dog to vacation with us. Access to W/D essential, due to the beach. Overall, I felt that the property was a little run down. While the kitchen was nicely updated, the bathroom was not that nice. Also, the windows were really dirty. The property could havre been landscaped just a little (or at least the trash in the back yard could have been cleared).

The location of this house can’t be beat! 2 min walk to downtown Folly. 2 min walk to the beach. Parking space right at the house so you don’t need to drive around looking for a spot. Coffee shop right at the end of the street. The house was clean and relaxing. Would totally go back. We had the best time.

Last minute trip to Folly beach a success! This rental is very clean, organized and in a great location 2 blocks from the beach also great food and nightlife also beach shops very close. I highly recommend this rental rather than a hotel room lugging your things maybe many floors up. 5 star!

Great location!

Would definitely recommend this property! Very clean and super convenient to everything. Couple minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurant area. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is to add some comfortable furniture in the living area.

Overall our stay was nice, accommodations and location were good. Two issues with our stay - we had an uninvited guest in our bed (1 1/4 in) cockroach on our last night. The other minor issue is with living room TV remote - when changing volume for TV it also turns on the ceiling fan. We got a good laugh over that.

location, location, location

Probably the cleanest house I've rented. It is very close to beach access and to Center St. Do not have to get back into your car after arrival. Only negative is it could be more 'comfy'. Don't spend much time inside, but a nice chair along with the sofa so you can socialize and converse. Little too 'serile'. The screened area is super.

The cottage was perfectly located , two blocks from the center of town and 1/2 block from a public beach access, The beach was two blocks away. The place was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. We did not have to contact the office for anything. The check in and door code worked perfectly

Great Folly House
