Book your relaxing vacation at Pavilion Watch 2A! Offering beautiful ocean views and the Folly Pier, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Kick back on the full-length balcony to take in the ocean breeze with a cool beverage. Swim in the community pool after a good day at the beach. Public beach access is directly across the street from the complex. Only 1 block to shops, restaurants, and the pier.

Off-season, monthly discounted pricing available between November 10, 2025-March 15, 2026 ONLY. Please inquire for stays 30+ nights.

Lounge on the plush sofas in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or sit in quiet to watch the ocean out the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the balcony. Ample seating on the balcony allows for relaxation with ocean views.

The open kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serveware, small and large appliances, as well as all cooking and eating utensils. Easily prepare your family's preferred meals. Indoor dining sits 4 at the table with an additional 5 counter seats.

Two bedroom suites offer welcomed privacy. King bedroom is the larger of the rooms with ocean views and access to the balcony, and a small flat-screen TV. Full bathroom en-suite includes a double vanity, garden tub, and standing shower. Queen bedroom suite is lovely with large windows that can let in lots of natural light. Watch your own flat-screen TV and enjoy private access to your full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin beds, also furnished with a flat-screen TV. Final full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is accessible from the hall, just outside the third bedroom. Freshly laundered, high-quality linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Just 1 block away, it's an easy walk to stroll through local shops and markets,* and have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants. Walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photos. Only about a 25-minute drive away, downtown Charleston offers historic, cuisine, and ghost tours, world-class dining, boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!
* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable/smart TVs, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in, communal pool typically opens April 1st -October 31st. Ground level is parking, condo is on 1st floor. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Celebrating 33 years and friends celebrating 32 years of marriage. Had a relaxing long weekend. Great food, views, and friends. Condo was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. Everything was great, but would recommend some better pillows.

Great vacation. We love Folly Beach!

We were disappointed with the inaccurate details on VRBO. When we communicated the concerns with Vacasa they were quick to respond but never followed up with our concern about getting a parking pass that was missing from the unit. Besides that, we had a great time and will definitely be back to Folly.

Great Location

This was a perfect place for our Folly family vacation. We had never been to Folly before, so it was great to be so close to all of the bars and restaurants, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Great ocean view from the front deck - despite being across the street - it felt like ocean front. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for my family! Love Folly and all it has to offer without having to drive ! Snapper Jack’s shrimp was on point! The condo was clean and roomy , we slept great and can see the ocean from the kitchen, my husband did go to Harris Teeter a couple of times and it’s great too! Bert’s was awesome for quick needs. We will definitely be booking again ! You do see the Tides parking lot but the ocean is just beyond and still beautiful and easy walk to beach
..oh and the porch was a great size!

The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. Folly beach county park is 1.4 miles worth the visit. Get the ribs at Rita s and went to an oyster bake at Washout bar very good.

Great Location in Folly Beach

Awesome location close to restaurants and Berts Market, and just a couple minute drive to Folly Beach County Park (and across the street from the public beach). 20+ min drive into downtown Charleston, so all sorts of options for things to do! Stayed with my family including a 2 and a 5 year old, and they loved it. Clean and plenty of space.
