Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 4 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic ocean views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

This Villa sleeps 8 and features an open floor plans that includes kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. It directly faces the ocean, allowing for unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Two of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to the shared full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.
12 miles to Downtown Charleston.
22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

I truly enjoyed the stay very pleasant place. The condo was clean, beautiful. Would i stay here again yes. Just not with the house guest i went with never again ever. Only hiccup we had was the heat went out but it got fixed immediately. The staff and maintenance were very friendly. If you pick this room you will love it. Clean and beautiful.

We were concerned because this unit had a side view of the ocean. We should not have been worried. The view was great! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was decorated so nicely. I would have loved to have extended our stay, but the real world got in the way. The only negative I found was that the elevator closest to our unit was not working and we had two people that could not walk long distances. We talked with a service person who told us that it would be fixed the next day, but that did not happen during our complete stay. I would highly recommend this unit.

Location was good. The property has a lot of deferred maintenance. Floors in poor condition and we’re not clean. Bathrooms average at best. Shower cutains rings rusted and ceiling fan dirty. Couldn’t control thermostat. Living room furniture outdated and worn. Enjoyed the balcony and views.

We had a wonderful time at Charleston Oceanfront Villas! It was in a perfect location on Folly, our favorite beach. It was secure with awesome access to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The only negative I have is that they were doing some painting outside our unit, in the floors below. It didn't disrupt the view at all, but the painters and scaffolding were at the level of our outdoor space.

Perfect condo and location for fun, beach and town

The condo unit of 4 bedrooms, 3 bath was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen had plenty of wares to cook. It was cold weather on our arrival and the unit took a while to warm. The beds have only a sheet and thin bedspread. There are no extra blankets and we were told they do not provide extras. But they did drop off two extra quilts for us. The location is outstanding - the view from our balcony had the sunrise over the pier, beach and town access. We would stay here again!

Great room and condo!

The view was beautiful with a sunrise in our window every morning. We were in the 3rd floor and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable! Everything went well checking in and checking out. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was still open as we were told it would likely be closed even with the warm weather. Location on the beach was perfect and walking distance to so much. Our only issue was a running toilet sometimes and a key fob that didn’t always work-very minor issues with easy remedies. We would totally book here again.

Small family reunion fall get away.

This property is everything and mote that it advertises. Plenty of room for the ability to "recharge and relax". The balcony was beautiful with a nice place to have our coffee and meals Outdoors. The kitchen is very well stocked and a Bonus to have the washer and dryer in the unit. We honestly didn't feel like we were in a condo. There wasn't a loud noise level especially being an end unit.

Stay at folly beach

Unit was awesome, clean, equipped and easy to get to the beach. Initial entry to the building from the street was a bit of a challenge because we didn’t get a gate code. Also, one of the fobs didn’t work but both situations were fixed quickly. We had a great experience.

Great location!

This condo is close to everything and so we didn’t even rent a car because it was all in close walking distance. Feels like we didn’t get the full experience of the area due to tropical storm Debby that rolled in the week we were there. Wish the complex HOA would have left the pool open as the storm was mostly rain. Beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay in this area again.

Our son got married in Charleston for their destination wedding. My husband and our other 3 adult children enjoyed the beach condo. Walking to everything was perfect. Seeing the dolphins form the pier was amazing! I highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful and walkable

The condo was beautiful in a great location overlooking the ocean. Walkable to stores, restaurants and the pier. We went into Charleston a couple times. Everything was very convenient.
