The Space:

This charming home boasts the perfect location for a Folly Beach vacation, just across the street from the sparkling sands and less than a block away from all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Stash your bags in one of three comfortable bedrooms, grab a cold beverage, and step onto your enclosed front porch to get your vacation started where you can enjoy views of the surf. Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors throughout, tasteful, beachy décor, and beautifully updated bathrooms. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen including quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and a new open floor plan. There is a small office area with a desk if someone needs privacy to get some work done.



Head out for a day at the beach – close enough to return for a mid-day nap or to refuel on snacks – and then head back out again. When you return in the evening, throw the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, and relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows. Upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home Wi-Fi and call it a night, but not before, once again, enjoying the views from the enclosed porch.



There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee or kid's play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.

    The house is close to the beach and an easy access point, it is also very close to Center Street. The only down side is it is right off the deck of Loggerheads which can be noisy at night. The convenience out weighs the noise, we would definitely stay there again.

    The house was clean and well appointed with everything you needed. The description should have mentioned it’s next to a bar that has live music until midnight on the patio every night. All of the bedrooms back up to the bar patio so it was pretty loud. It was fine for the older adult kids, but I imagine it would be a struggle with small children. The house also struggled to cool especially in the primary suite. We had to cover the windows with towels to keep heat down and purchase 2 fans to move cooler air to the room. House said not to set temp below 72, but that room always seemed hotter than that. Location was a nice walk to anything and parking was good. Be sure to read fine print that it’s not a whole house rental. We missed that. There were people in the bottom unit that woke us up at 7:30am working on their motorcycle. And there wasn’t a whole lot of sound isolation between units. For a long weekend it was fine. The heat and sound would have been an issue for us if it was a week stay. Beach access was good.
