This renovated apartment is the perfect spot to spend your trip to Folly Beach. It is suited for up to 6 guests. It includes 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The floor-plan layout is open and the living space and kitchen flow together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including stainless steel appliances. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
