Great 3BR, 3BA Beachfront condo. Full kitchen, 2 Pools, Elevator, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Steps away from the water's edge. Restaurants, quaint shops, and Fishing Pier within walking distance. Each bedroom has private bath. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sleeper sofa. Beautiful master bedroom overlooks ocean and has Jacuzzi, 2 sinks, and separate shower. Bright and airy kitchen and living area overlooking the ocean. Balcony spans accross the ocean side of the unit with entrances from the master bedroom and living area. 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD. Air conditioning, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful furnishings. Gorgeous sunsets over the Fishing Pier in the afternoon. A great place to kick back and enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Free WiFi and cable tv. Tile and carpeted floors. Stone kitchen counter tops. Table and chairs on balcony for relaxing and beach watching. Beautifully maintained fenced grounds with private gate. Two parking spaces on grounds available. Beautiful pool on each end of complex overlooking the ocean. Private entrance from pool to steps down to beach. Lifeguards on beach during summer months. Beautiful, sparkling clean condo steps from the beach and all kinds of excellent restaurants!A short drive to Charleston in less than half an hour! We loved the balcony which is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is totally private. Parking was also great.

Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our highlight and great place to relax. Not a far walk to the beach access and pool. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would recommend.
