A Marriott Hotel? Not!

One person at checkin was not enough. We had a periodic noise coming from the AC blower in our room that happened every 1 1/2 hours. Called maintenance, they couldn’t find anything, and left, telling me that they would come back and check on it. We went out for the evening to concert, came back, and listened to this thing go off for about 5 minutes 5 times that night. Food on buffet was not replenished and some trays practically empty.

Very convenient as right next to the mall and no complaints about the property. The only initial confusion was about the parking as the hotel uses the valet parking lot. When ariving the mall spots in that area are hard to find to stop and check in and the limited dropoff spots infront the hotel can be full.

This hotel is excellent, specially for those who come to shop at Sawgrass Mills Mall and need to stay overnight. It's more expensive than most AirBnB but you save more in transportation or renting a car, because it's located to a 3-minute walking distance to The Loop entrance. If you are a runner or walker, this is the place to stay; I ran 4.5 miles around the hotel and perceived to be a secure area for runners, joggers or walkers. No regrets at all. Definitely coming back to stay.
