Property was ok, our door lock wasn’t working and took 30min for someone to come look and didn’t have the right equipment to get us in. Next morning at 4:30 am we had water start pouring out of the ceiling into the room. We had to grab all our stuff and evacuate. Unfortunate and very inconvenient.

Nice hotel in a great area. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean. Shower controls were confusing at first but it worked well.

The hotel was clean and updated; the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel has in walking distances, restaurants, a large mall, movie theaters, grocery stores, its not far from the airport. Lots of conveniences.

We had an excellent stay at AC hotel in sawgrass mills. Rooms are clean and spacious, we stayed in the king size room which was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Only thing I would suggest is more disposable bins in the hotel and around the premises. Overall it was 10/10

Excellent hotel

Excellent stay, very friendly staff and the room spacious, clean and very comfortable. The A/C and shower in perfect condition. Location couldn’t be better for those going to shop at the sawgrass mall. Looking forward to staying again.
